Good to know

Good to Know Before You Apply

A few points to keep your Saudi trip smooth:

  • Eligibility is by GCC residence: you must hold a valid residence permit in a GCC country. Send us your nationality and residence and we confirm before you pay.
  • Umrah is included: the tourist visa lets you perform Umrah; Hajj needs a separate permit.
  • Keep documents consistent: your name and details must match your passport exactly.
  • Don’t overstay: respect the permitted stay printed on your visa to avoid fines on future trips.
  • Apply ahead of travel: apply in good time so your visa is issued before you book non-refundable travel.

We confirm your visa’s validity, permitted stay and processing time for your specific case before you pay — so there are no surprises.

FAQ

Saudi Tourist Visa — Frequently Asked Questions

Who can use this Saudi visa service?
Holders of a valid GCC residence — for example, UAE residents — regardless of passport nationality. Send us your nationality and residence and we’ll confirm your eligibility.
Can I perform Umrah on the Saudi tourist visa?
Yes. The Saudi tourist visa allows you to perform Umrah (outside the Hajj season) as well as travel as a tourist. Hajj requires a separate Hajj permit.
How long is the visa valid and how long can I stay?
It is valid for 1 year from issue, allows multiple entries, and permits a stay of up to 90 days per visit (the 90-day count resets each time you re-enter). It cannot be extended — to stay longer you exit and reapply.
What documents do I need?
Just three: a passport valid for more than 6 months, your GCC/UAE residence valid for more than 3 months, and a recent personal photo.
How much does it cost?
Our service fee is 800 AED per traveller. The Saudi e-Visa also carries an official government fee with mandatory medical insurance bundled in (set on the Saudi portal). We confirm your full total before you pay — no surprises.
Do I need to visit an embassy?
No. The application is done online — we submit and follow it up for you, and send your visa by email and WhatsApp once issued.
Can I work in Saudi Arabia on this visa?
No. The tourist visa is for tourism and Umrah only; working requires a separate work visa and permit.
